As CFO and Chief Legal Officer, Mike Murphy is responsible for the legal affairs of the entire global Microshare group. Mike provides counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management to enables achievement of growth objectives and provides the guidance necessary to help the company’s leaders chart the right path forward.
Mike also helps guide Microshare through legal and regulatory matters, collaborating with other senior leaders to navigate complexity and mitigate risk. He is also responsible for planning to meet Microshare’s growing global legal needs.
Mike brings over fifteen years of experience in senior legal, operational and financial roles overseeing the strategic growth and scalable operations of both start-ups and large multinational organizations.
