Michelle Brigoli
Vice President of Client Services
As VP of Client Services, Michelle is responsible for providing custom solutions for clients/partners who want to enhance the core Microshare Smart Network products, leading efforts to develop new products within Microshare, and supporting pre-sales efforts to identify opportunities for new Services projects. Michelle’s organization provides enhanced project management, expert development work, and expanded reporting capabilities to enhance Microshare’s core products for clients who want specializations to meet their needs.
Operating within the intersection of functional business clients and technical team resources, Michelle has spent her career collaborating closely with clients to set expectations and create solutions that provide value while leading technical teams to ensure high-integrity project completion. In addition, Michelle is a key person for training and mentoring resources as they begin or continue their careers at Microshare.
Michelle has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry including over 6 years at Microshare, where she has worked with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and telecommunications clients. Her previous work at Towers Perrin and Accenture included providing consulting services for a large aerospace company, several US federal customers, and US healthcare customers.
Michelle holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from La Salle University.
