Growing IoT data management start-up Microshare.io is seeking a React Native developer to expand our development team.

In the spirit of an emerging growth tech company, the ideal candidate must be a self-starter and must be comfortable with the ambiguity, constant change and “building new stuff” aspect of a tech start-up.

This position is hybrid and situated in Pune, operating on the English time zone (GMT).

Key Responsibilities and Duties:  

1. Collaborate with a team to develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software applications on Unix/Linux platforms.
2. Maintain and support existing applications and infrastructure while ensuring the smooth functioning of systems.
3. Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide top-notch service.
4. Strive for timely and defect-free software deployment, aiming for close to 100% success rate.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software and APIs, ensuring easy access and understanding for all users.
6. Provide prompt support for software during its production phase and deliver hot fixes when necessary.
7. Be open to working in shifts to accommodate the needs of the organization and its clients.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:  

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Electronics & Telecommunication) or BCS, with 0-2 years of experience in software development or support roles.
2. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
3. Proficient programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
4. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems.
5. A highly energetic attitude and the ability to view challenges as opportunities for growth.
